You are in the historic center of Dendermonde just a 10-minute walk away. Deliver unique buildings such as our Grote Markt or the Beguinage (Unesco) or visit our museums. Of course you can also enjoy numerous walking and cycling routes. Dendermonde, the city of the Ros Beiaard, is located at the mouth of the Scheldt and Dender.
The city is centrally located between the historic cities of Ghent, Antwerp and Brussels. With the station nearby and the good connections to these cities, Dendermonde is the ideal base to visit these and many other cities. Those who enjoy walking and cycling will certainly find what they are looking for in our Scheldt & Dender region.
